It is unique in that it is a relationship which is solely focused on you and your needs.
It provides you with a safe, non- judgemental setting to explore the thoughts and feelings that are affecting you.
There are times in all our lives when we can lose our way and find it difficult to cope.
Having someone impartial to share this with can help you to unscramble thoughts and feelings and bring new insights and perspectives leading to growing awareness of yourself and your experiences.
